I met Zach about 10 years ago and with both of us being car guys we immediately became friends. Since then Zach has taken care of several cars of mine. He has prepped, detailed, transported, and shown them to perfection. With his commitment to detail we have brought home many awards from shows around the country. He has also helped us in the success we've had in Landspeed racing.

My sincere thanks and appreciation for connecting me with the sellers of my dream car, the 1956 Red Thunderbird! My confidence and interest in this car was driven by my awareness of your classic car knowledge and your honesty, which is well known in the industry. Your preparation of the vehicle for my inspection was beyond my expectations, and your timely delivery was perfect for us. Thanks again Zach for making this 50 year dream true for me and trust that my next classic car search will only flow through you!

I have known Zach for over 10 years. I have to say what a blessing he has been in my life and for my car hobby. He paved the way for my dream of owning a 1961 Ford Starliner with a 427 Cammer motor. It all started with a show at Carlisle. He has since taken my Starliner to shows all over the East Coast I never would have considered possible. What an exciting adventure. Zach just knows how to detail and set up a car for a show to garner the most attention and awards. He is just a genuine person with a love for all things automotive and he enjoys making it possible for others to join in the fun. I would recommend Zach to anyone.

I recently purchased a barn find car that had not run in a while. I reached out to Zach to give me hand in getting it running. His knowledge in V8 engines goes way back over the years. He got the job done for me. He has a great network of knowledgeable friends all over the US if he can’t find the answer.

I purchased an 1968 Camaro and decided that I want to make her beauty like no other one around. I I talked to Zach about my Camaro and I told him what I had in mind for her. Zach didn't waste no time and he started to put together a few plans to show me what my options were.

A month later his garage and basement was full of new parts...now the fun begins. We started to take the car apart and when I say "apart" I mean nothing was left except the body.

Body went to the body shop while Zach and I started put frame, engine and transmission together...WOW, THAT WAS FUN AND VERY INFORMATIVE since I never had the chance to work on a classic.

He also was incredibly helpful with all his connections in selling my original used parts in no time.

What can I say...I can't just wait to have the body back to start assembly everything together.

If you have a classic or looking to buy one, I can recommend enough to get in contact with Zach.

Thanks for everything Zach!

I met Zach in 2011. Very friendly guy. He has always had very nice show vehicles and takes extremely great care of them. I have guilt-ed him into driving them now and he enjoys them a whole new way. While working for George Poteet (famed car collector, builder and land speed racer) I convinced George to let Zach take a 1969 AMC Rambler S/C and perform and engine detail and check the car over. While he had the car he rebuilt the front suspension, stripped and had the engine compartment painted. Very great attention to detail was performed and we got back a very nice Scrambler that could win shows anywhere. When he delivered the S/C back , I told George lets let him restore the blue Ford Starliner. Zach was hesitant at first but I talked into it. It was a 60k miles original Starliner that was one of GP's favorite. Zach and a friend Scott disassembled it. He did a lot of research to find the right people to handle the work he could not. He has done his homework in finding the right people to handle the big stuff. What turned out is possibly one of the very best restored Starliners in history. The paint and body work, plating, wiring , mechanical and assembly was absolutely flawless. It has won many awards and featured on Axalta Paint Finishes calendar. The car now resides in Wayne Carini's personal collection. If you are needing someone to handle your restoration, transportation, detail or sale of your vehicle (classic, muscle, exotic or truck) Zach is your go to guy. You will not be disappointed. Very professional, and attention to detail is one of his specialties.

I just used Zach Straits with Dream Car Connection for a comprehensive evaluation of two collector cars. 5 star rating! Photos and documentation were precise and accurate. Professional in every category. He delivered everything I needed to know about the condition of the vehicles without me having to spend a lot of money and time traveling. Highly recommend!
